Instant Pot Country Style Ribs are the perfect comfort food that you can serve year round. And no more waiting hours for the ribs to be tender and juicy.
Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, salt and pepper to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Add ribs to a medium bowl, sprinkle spices over ribs and gently rub into meat.
Pour apple cider vinegar and apple juice over ribs. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
While ribs are marinating, mix together BBQ sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Add beef stock to Instant Pot. Set the trivet in inner pot and stack marinated ribs on the trivet, fat side up. Discard leftover marinade.
Pour BBQ sauce over ribs. Place lid on the Instant Pot and lock into place. Turn the pressure valve to “Sealing” and manually cook on HIGH for 45 minutes.
Naturally release pressure (will take 15-20 minutes).
Carefully remove the lid and remove the ribs from the pot with tongs.
Optional: transfer cooked ribs to a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil and broil for 2-4 minutes.
Serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
