Ingredients
Salami - 6-8 slices per rose
Champagne or wine glass
Instructions
Fold 2 salami slices in half over the rim of the glass, across from each other. Press down on the folds of the meat slices.
Turn the glass ¼ turn to the right, fold 2 more slices across from each other and press down on the folds.
Repeat this process 2 more times.
Place your hand over the folds to hold the salami rose in place and carefully turn the glass over onto a serving board or platter. Raise the glass up to reveal your salami rose.
Notes
This process works with most round-shaped cold cuts like pepperoni, ham, turkey and Canadian bacon.
Chilled meat will hold the rose shape better.
To serve: place meat roses on serving board and fill in with crackers, olives, cheese, nuts, etc.
