Cornflake Wreaths
The green cornflake wreaths will put everyone in the holiday spirit! The easy wreath cookies recipe is just 5 ingredients (with marshmallows) & no baking required. Easy to make & perfect for homemade gifts.

Ingredients

cup
unsalted butter
(2 sticks)

large marshmallows
½ - 1
teaspoon
green food coloring
4 ½
cups
corn flakes cereal
¼
cup
red cinnamon candies or mini red M&M’s
Instructions
Line a large baking sheet with
parchment paper
, wax paper or a silicone mat.
Measure corn flakes, add to a large bowl and set aside.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add marshmallows & stir until completely melted & smooth.
Remove from heat and add food coloring. Mix well.
Add marshmallow mixture to corn flakes & gently stir until evenly coated.
Drop by teaspoonfuls or ¼ cup measuring cup onto the prepared baking sheet and gently form into wreath shapes.
Add decorative candies while mixture is still warm.
Allow to cool on the counter top until set, about 1 hour.
Store on parchment paper, in an
airtight container
, up to 5 days.
Notes
NOTES:
Grease clean hands with butter or non-stick cooking spray before shaping wreaths.
The easiest way to shape the cookies is to poke a hole in the center of mixture & then rotate the dough to form a wreath shape
Adapt for other holidays & occasions by changing the color, shape & decorations.
