Instant Pot Popcorn
This Instant Pot Popcorn recipe has just 3 ingredients & you don't have to worry about a pressure cooker fail. Perfectly cooked popcorn every time!
- 2 Tablespoons coconut oil
- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- ½ teaspoon salt optional
Set instant pot to Saute.
Add coconut oil and heat until melted.
Add popcorn kernels and stir to coat with oil.
Cover Instant Pot with a clear glass lid and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until popping slows down.
Turn off. Carefully remove the lid, opening away from your face to avoid the releasing steam.
Carefully transfer popcorn to a large bowl and sprinkle with salt, if using.
Add your favorite seasonings or toppings, if desired.
- Use a glass lid from your cookware set if you don't have the IP glass lid.
