Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a 12-ounce jar (see Notes).
Secure with a lid and shake vigorously to combine.
Scrape the yogurt down the sides of the jar if needed, then reseal and continue shaking until all the ingredients are combined.
Pour over salad or use as a marinade or sauce for chicken or fish.
Notes
This recipe makes 1 cup of dressing.
Full-fat Greek yogurt will give you the creamiest dressing.
To substitute fresh herbs for dried herbs, increase the amounts to about 1 teaspoon each of parsley and oregano and ½ teaspoon of dill.
The dressing tastes best after it’s been refrigerated for 2-3 hours.
See the blog post for more tips, substitutions and variations.
Store in a tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to a week. The ingredients will separate upon standing - simply shake again to combine.
