Our easy air fryer ranch chickpeas recipe is made with 3 ingredients and ready in just 20 minutes. But be warned - you may want to make a double batch because this savory snack is very addicting!
Using paper towels, pat the rinsed garbanzo beans until completely dry. This step is necessary to achieve crispy chickpeas.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or use a parchment liner.
Spread chickpeas evenly in the basket, making sure beans are in an even layer and not overlapping.
Cook beans for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until golden brown and toasted to your liking.
Generously spray the cooked chickpeas with olive oil.
Add Ranch seasoning mix to a large bowl, then add the cooked chickpeas. Stir until the beans are evenly coated with seasoning mix.
Optional Homemade Ranch Seasoning Mix
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 2 months.

Store cooked and cooled chickpeas in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Oven directions: preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Prepare beans as directed then place them on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
