Turn meats, cheeses, fruits and snacks into a fun charcuterie bouquet. Easy to customize and assemble, it's a fun appetizer for entertaining and holidays.
Gather the breadsticks and place on the bottom section of the center serving board.
4.4 ounce Bread sticks package
Place fresh rosemary sprigs in the center of the breadstick bundle and tie together with ribbon.

Create the salami roses: using 6-8 pieces of salami per rose, start by folding the salami around the rim of a tall thin glass in layers. Turn the glass upside down on the serving board and carefully remove the glass. Move the roses towards the top of the breadstick stem bundle. Repeat until you have 3-4 salami roses.

Make cheese roses: roll half a cheese slice tightly then roll a second half around it. Place in the center of the salami roses or randomly on the board.
6 ounces Provolone cheese
Place remaining ingredients around the flower centerpiece, starting with larger items and filling in empty spots with the smallest ingredients:
1 pint Strawberries, 8 ounces Pineapple chunks, 4 ounces Colby jack cheese, 4 ounces Pepper jack cheese
Additional flower shapes can be made with strawberry centers and pineapple chunk petals, olive centers and cheese cube petals, etc.
Roll Prosciutto tightly and place randomly on the board.

Place nut mix and chocolate mints along the outside edges.
6 ounces Mixed nuts, 6 ounces Andes mints
Fill in any holes with smaller items.
6 ounces Black & green olives
