Instructions
To create board:
Select a large board, preferable with raised edges.
Start by placing bowls first - we used bowls for strawberry salsa and dip.
Next place the largest items like the tortilla chips and meats.
Cut watermelon into thick slices and then cut star shapes with a cookie cutter. Add to board.
Create skewers - slice strawberries in half. Thread a skewer with strawberry halves, mozzarella pearls and blueberries. Place on board.
Then add the next largest items like the berries, cauliflower, and bell pepper strips.
Fill remaining holes with smallest items like crackers, pretzels and raisins.
Instructions - Strawberry Salsa
Dice strawberries in small pieces.
Drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons of honey and stir. Add sliced basil, if desired.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Substitute ingredients based on your preferences.
Adjust quantities based on the number of guests you are serving.
We recommend assembling the board shortly before serving.
To prep ahead: rinse and dry the fruits and prepare the dip and Strawberry Salsa. Store items individually until ready to assemble the board.
If you don't have a large board you can use
butcher paper
on a table.
