Air fryer sausage and potatoes is a quick and easy home cooked meal ready in about 20 minutes. Made with smoked sausage, potatoes, peppers and onions and a flavorful seasoning blend.
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F for 3 to 5 minutes.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine, making sure the ingredients are evenly coated with seasonings and oil. Transfer to air fryer basket.
Cook at 380°F for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender, shaking the basket every three minutes. The potatoes are done when you can stick a fork in them and the center feels soft.
Remove contents from basket and serve.
Notes
For even cooking, cut ingredients in similar sizes.
For best results, don't overfill the basket. Cook in batches if needed.
Cook for a few extra minutes if you prefer crispier sausage and potatoes.
Use a parchment liner for easy cleanup.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
