Strawberry Jello Pie with Cool Whip
You can whip up this no bake pie in under 15 minutes. It's made with 5 simple ingredients and features a creamy filling in a graham cracker crust.

boiling water

box strawberry gelatin

cold water + enough ice cubes to make 1 cup

tub Cool Whip whipped topping
thawed plus extra for garnish

strawberries
chopped small

graham cracker crust - homemade or store bought
or store bought larger extra serving size
strawberries or blueberries for garnish

Instructions
Place gelatin mix in a large bowl and add the boiling water, stirring at least 2 minutes, until gelatin is dissolved.
Add ice cubes to 1/2 cup cold water to make 1 cup, then add to the gelatin mixture. Stir until thickened, then remove any unmelted ice cubes.
Add whipped topping and whisk until well blended.
Stir in chopped strawberries.
Refrigerate the filling for 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove filling from refrigerator and spoon it into the graham cracker crust. Chill for 6 hours or overnight.
Garnish or decorate as desired.
Notes
Tightly cover leftover pie and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
To freeze: tightly wrap with plastic wrap and store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
