Ingredients
- 1 bag microwave white popcorn (3.2 ounce bag)
- 2 cups pretzels mini twists or waffle shapes
- 1 cup pastel colored M&Ms candy
- 4 vanilla flavored candy coating bars
- 1/4 cup spring themed sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside for later use.
- Cook the microwave popcorn according to package directions. Allow to cool slightly, then carefully remove, throwing away any unpopped kernels.1 bag microwave white popcorn
- Using a large bowl, combine the popped corn, pretzels and M&Ms.2 cups pretzels, 1 cup pastel colored M&Ms candy
- Place 4 vanilla flavored candy coating bars in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the bars for 30-second intervals, stirring after each heating cycle, until melted.4 vanilla flavored candy coating bars
- Pour the melted candy coating over the popcorn mixture and stir gently until it's evenly coated.
- Quickly transfer the candy mixture to the parchment-lined sheet pan and add the colored sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.1/4 cup spring themed sprinkles
- Allow the snack mix to set up for 20 minutes.
- Break into smaller pieces and store in a tightly sealed container on the counter.
Notes
- The mix will keep for about 5 days on the counter.
