This homemade Boursin cheese recipe is creamy, garlicky, and herby. Made with simple ingredients in 15 minutes, it’s the perfect appetizer for easy entertaining and snacking.

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl.
8 ounces brick cream cheese, 2 ounces salted butter, 4 cloves fresh garlic, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning blend, ½ teaspoon dried parsley, 1 teaspoon dried chives, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
Using an electric hand or stand mixer, blend the ingredients together until well combined.
Transfer the cheese mixture to a serving bowl or mold it into a mound shape.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Notes
For a little heat, add some red pepper flakes or finely diced jalapeno. Or add more herbs or substitute them with ones you prefer.
This cheese spread tastes best, and is easier to spread, when it’s served close to room temperature. About 20 minutes before you’re ready to serve, remove from the fridge and let it sit on the countertop to take the chill off.
Serve with your favorite crackers or baguette slices. It's also great with sliced vegetables like celery, carrot chips, and pepper strips.
