  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ medium red onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives plus more to garnish
  • 2 cups shredded Jarlsberg cheese

Instructions

  • Combine the mayonnaise, pickle juice and milk in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Add in the chopped onion, chives and shredded cheese and stir to coat.
  • The dip can be served immediately or refrigerated until serving.
  • Garnish with additional chopped chives if desired.

Notes

  • Serve with a variety of vegetable dippers, crackers or tortilla chips.
  • This dip can be served hot or cold.
  • Recipe makes 1.5 cups of dip.
  • Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
