These easy homemade yogurt parfaits are made with 4 simple ingredients for a no-fuss breakfast on the go or meal prepping. Layered with Greek yogurt, strawberries, blueberries and granola, you can prep them in minutes to enjoy all week.
Start by splitting 1 cup of granola between the six jars, placing a layer of granola in the bottom of each jar.
2 cups prepared granola
Top the granola with about ¼ cup of yogurt.
32 ounces vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
Add mixed berries over the yogurt.
16 ounces strawberries, 1 cup blueberries
Repeat the layers one more time and then top each jar with a sprinkle of granola.
Seal each jar with the lid and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
You can substitute with plain Greek yogurt or regular yogurt if preferred.
Make sure your berries are dry before adding them to the parfaits.
These are best eaten within 3 days. They’ll keep for up to 7 days when stored in the refrigerator but the granola and berries will soften up quite a bit after the first couple of days.
Nutritional information will vary based on the granola and yogurt used.
