Our cookie butter dip is a dessert-worthy favorite that’s creamy, fluffy, and packed with fruity flavor. Made with just 5 ingredients and ready in 5 minutes, this dessert dip is sure to become your go-to treat for parties, gatherings, or even as a snack.

Biscoff dip is the sweet snack you didn’t know you needed. It’s made with creamy Biscoff spread and whipped together with cream cheese, Cool Whip and raspberry preserves until it’s smooth and rich with just the right amount of sweetness.

We love how the raspberries give a tart contrast to the sweetness of the dip. It’s light, airy, and dangerously addictive—perfect for parties or just sneaking a spoonful when no one’s looking.

Serve it with your favorite dippers like sliced apples or graham crackers for an extra indulgent bite. But be prepared – this is one of those recipes that you will be asked to make for every occasion.

What is Cookie Butter?

In short, it’s made from those delicious Belgian Lotus snack cookies the airlines hand out when you fly. The cookies are ground-up to create a thick yet creamy texture, similar to peanut butter, but with a warm, gingerbread-like flavor that’s perfect for desserts. You can find it in your local grocery store now, under the brand name Biscoff or look for Speculoos cookie butter at Trader Joe’s.

Biscoff Cookie Butter Dip Ingredients

  • Cream cheese – makes the dip smooth and creamy and the tangy flavor balances the sweetness of the other ingredients.
  • Cookie butter – adds warm, spiced notes and sweetness to the party.
  • Brown sugar – enhances the caramel-like flavor of the Lotus cookies.
  • Vanilla extract – enhances all the other flavors.
  • Whipped topping – adds volume and makes the dip light and fluffy.
  • Raspberry preserves – the tartness of the berries is the perfect complement to the sweetness of the Speculoos spread.

How to Make Cookie Butter Dip with Cream Cheese

This dip is so simple to make you probably won’t even need the directions after making it the first time.

Start by mixing the softened cheese, cookie butter, and vanilla in a large bowl until it’s smooth. Scrape the bowl sides as needed.

Gently fold in the whipped topping, then stir in the raspberry jam.

That’s it (seriously, it’s that easy!).

Tips for Making Biscoff Dip with Raspberry Jam

  • Use softened cheese to prevent lumps and to create a velvety smooth texture that blends well with the other ingredients.
  • For the best flavor, go for a high-quality cookie butter spread like Biscoff or Speculoos.
  • Cookie butter typically has a very thick texture, making it hard to mix the ingredients together by hand. I recommend using an electric mixer to beat the cookie butter with the other ingredients and to create a smooth dip.

Recipe Substitutions and Variations

  • This recipe would work well with most berry preserves. Try blackberry, blueberry, or strawberry preserves for more flavor combinations.
  • For a spiced cheesecake flavor omit the preserves.
  • Try other varieties of cookie butter like crunchy, cocoa swirl or cookies and cream for different flavors and textures.
  • Add mini chocolate chips for more richness and texture.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for a warm, spicy touch.

Can I make Biscoff dip ahead of time?

This dessert dip is a fantastic make-ahead option. You can prepare it up to a day in advance and store it in an airtight container in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.

What to Serve with Cookie Butter Dip

This creamy dip is versatile and works with a variety of snacks. Here are a few of our favorite dippers:

  • Fresh fruit like apple slices, pineapple spears, or whole strawberries.
  • Try graham crackers, shortbread cookies, animal crackers, vanilla wafers or Biscoff cookies for a double cookie experience.
  • Crunchy pretzels for a sweet and salty combo.

How to Store Leftover Cookie Butter Cheesecake Dip

If you’ve got leftovers transfer them to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to five days. Stir the dip gently before serving to restore its creamy texture.

This fluffy cookie butter dip is proof that snacks don’t have to be boring or time-consuming. With a mix of creamy, fruit and spiced flavors it’s a crowd-pleaser for all ages and perfect for an after-school snack, potluck or holiday party.
